I definitely think you're on the right page. I like the detail that you've included in the summary column. As a result, I may expand and include more information on mine. Looks great!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are on the right track. I like how you used first person action statements. However, I believe we are supposed to put the competency number in the second column. If anybody else thinks differently, please let me know. Good Job Julissita!
ReplyDeleteJulissa - I like that your internship plan is personal, practical and data driven. Keep remembering that you are thinking like a district leader for these activities - is there a way you can extend the ideas to a broader perspective instead of focused at the campus level? Denise is right, we are supposed to put the competency number in the second column.
ReplyDeleteI looked at your original draft and second draft on your wikispace. You are on the right track, but I too agree that you need to think more as a district leader than just campus. (Although, we all have to start somewhere!) I too wasn't sure what "conflict" their might be in our district. The only hot topic of discussion lately has been whether or not we need to build a new high school campus. This might be something to discuss with your campus leaders as well as the leaders from other schools in your district to get an idea of what they think is the most pressing matter in your district. The plan is also much easier to read in chart form, which you used on your second draft. Look forward to reading your responses to the activities you have planned.
